Airport Emergencies brings an airport fire and rescue service to MSFS 2020 and 2024. You can declare an emergency by squawking 7700, saying "mayday" to SayIntentions, or tapping a button or a Stream Deck key. The airport then tones out its crash trucks, they drive the taxiways to your runway, surround your aircraft and go to work. The dispatch radio and the incident commander talk you through it. Random airport incidents keep the field alive between your own emergencies.

- Declare it your way. Squawk 7700, call it on SayIntentions, use the control panel or a Stream Deck key. Choose from engine fire, engine failure, hydraulic, gear, hot brakes or brake fire, smoke or fumes, medical, bird strike or low fuel, with souls on board and fuel remaining.

- Crash trucks on scene. Big airport crash tenders, a command vehicle and an ambulance are sized to your aircraft's ARFF index. They take the direct way across the airfield, using runways and short grass crossings, and stop 20 m from your aircraft, one on each side first. Light bars flash. Install the free 68ponyGT Action Pack for the full US fleet; otherwise the sim's own vehicles are used.

- Flames and smoke. Engine and brake fires show flames and smoke at the right spot as soon as you're on the ground. With ClearedToCode Virtual Airlines running, you can opt in to a real engine fire in your PMDG 737/777 cockpit. A Fenix A319, A320 or A321 gets one too.

- Real incident command. Units are timed against FAA Part 139 (first truck in 3 minutes, all in 4). The commander gives a size-up and calls in mutual aid when the airport is outmatched. The attack truck swaps out when its agent runs low, and a tender resupplies it. You get an evacuation call, triage and extra ambulances, and the runway is inspected before it reopens.

- Radio that fits in. Separate dispatch and incident commander voices with a radio squelch. Lines wait their turn so they never talk over SayIntentions.

- Ten random airport incidents. Disabled aircraft or FOD on the runway, a brake fire on landing traffic, bird strikes, runway incursions, wildlife, fuel spills, vehicle fires on the apron, hot brakes at the stand and a medical at the gate. They come with runway closures, holding and diversions. Incidents pause automatically on online networks.

- Real fire stations. Station positions for 24 major US airports, plus any you add yourself.

- Debrief and scorecard. After every incident you get a timeline, response times, your own actions as pilot and an A to F grade with tips. It's printable and exportable.

- Made for streaming. A transparent OBS overlay shows the alert level, units and elapsed time. Simple Stream Deck links cover every action, and the Operations Control Deck plugin's EMERGENCY key strobes red and white for a fire, red and blue for medical.
