v1.6.3
- Line of flying and maintenance stations on CEO > Fleet: every aircraft's flights on a 24, 48 or 72 hour Gantt, with booked checks, aircraft in the hangar and how much of each check interval is used. Pick the airports where your airline does its checks (heavy base, A-check base or line station, with hangar slots); Maintenance Control routes due aircraft so their line ends there, swapping tails with a sister ship when that is what gets one there. Tap two aircraft of the same type to swap their lines yourself, and book or cancel a check from the aircraft card.
- Virtual Airlines 1.4.1: maintenance routing, outstation checks when an aircraft reaches its limit away from a station, and commercial pilots from Pilot Life can be hired into an AI airline.
- Bundles CTC CrossCheck 0.4.3 for the Shared cockpit.
v1.6.2
- Stream Deck decks and the tablets find a Suite service that had to move to another port. When a port is busy, the Suite now tells the Operations Control Deck where Virtual Airlines and Airport Emergencies run that time, and CTC Aircraft Maintenance only moves to a port the PMDG Hangar Deck plugin, the in-sim panels and the technician tablet already look on.
- CTC Aircraft Maintenance 2.0.6: a flight you quit mid-climb or mid-cruise and load again at the departure is logged as interrupted and a new flight starts, instead of carrying on as one long flight. The Flights page can discard a stopped flight, and the Fleet page can remove a stray or duplicate airframe. Thanks to netshadoe and djd565.
v1.6.1
- Virtual Airlines starts even when another program already has its port. If the standalone Virtual Airlines app (or an older copy of the Suite) is open, the Suite now runs that service on the next free port and Settings > Services names the program holding the usual one, so you can close it and move back. Before, Virtual Airlines stopped with a "listen EADDRINUSE 7575" error.
- CheckRide shows "not installed" in Services when it isn't on the PC, instead of a red error. CheckRide installs separately from clearedtocode.com.
v1.6.0
- CDL in dispatch (Virtual Airlines 1.4.0): missing parts written up in the maintenance tablet's CTC CDL app (Configuration Deviation List; first aircraft: the Fenix A320 with set 3.1.0) come onto that aircraft in Virtual Airlines. The flight release lists each CDL item with its placard and limits, lowers the maximum takeoff and landing weights by the CDL's decrements, adds the CDL fuel burn increase to trip fuel, and stops the release on a CDL limitation it can't meet (no passengers, icing, thunderstorms, an overdue item). The fleet board shows a MEL / CDL badge.
- Refitting a CDL part in the tablet books its refit cost to maintenance, and the CDL goes into the crew ops package.
- The Discord link now points to discord.gg/MrcTkZ3YXq.
v1.5.0
- Pilot Life, chapter 1 (Virtual Airlines 1.3.0): start as a student pilot and train to the Private Pilot certificate under 14 CFR 61.109. Arm a lesson, fly it with the Suite running, and it goes in your logbook when you are back on blocks; CheckRide is your instructor and examiner, its Satisfactory coach flights write your endorsements, and a passed practical test issues your certificate. Start it from the CEO page's first-run screen.
- The flight record now counts every landing and full stop (touch-and-goes and multi-stop cross-countries), all airborne time, distance flown and civil night from the sim's own date and time. Towered fields come from the sim's own airport data.
- Fixed: the Suite now finds CheckRide when it is running.
v1.4.4
- Virtual Airlines 1.2.4: FlightLinq pilots can set up from their VA pack with their name and FlightLinq pilot ID (before, it asked for a phpVMS API key and stopped), and the dashboard names FlightLinq airlines correctly.
v1.4.3
- Virtual Airlines 1.2.3: Established VA profiles run on real time (no time compression, the clock catches up after the app was closed), and a clock that ran ahead comes back to today's date by itself once no flight is in the air. Career keeps its time compression.
v1.4.2
- Virtual Airlines 1.2.2: MEL from your maintenance tablet. The open and deferred defects of the aircraft loaded in the Hangar (CTC Aircraft Maintenance or PMDG Hangar) now go onto that aircraft's MEL in Virtual Airlines: deferred items keep their category and time left, an open item that is not deferred makes the aircraft no-go, and items closed in the tablet come off. FlightLinq tails like B738-1 are matched through the flight you are flying.
v1.4.1
- Virtual Airlines 1.2.1: picked Career or Established VA by mistake on the first start? Both start screens now have a Back button (before, a profile could get stuck on Join an airline).
- FlightLinq airlines: Book a flight shows an Aircraft picker on every route (your searched type first, your last pick remembered), so Fly gives you the type you fly, e.g. B738 for the PMDG 737-800.
v1.4.0
- SimBrief on Dispatch: Import latest SimBrief flight plan fills the flight from your newest OFP (route, aircraft, weights, fuel) and runs Operations Control's checks on it. The pilot tablet can import it too.
- Dashboard globe: opens zoomed in close on your aircraft, your next flight or your hub; zoom in and out with the wheel, a pinch or +/-, out to the whole globe turning on its tilted axis. Traffic shows the 20 aircraft nearest your hub (yours, SayIntentions, VATSIM or ADS-B) with their routes.
- Airport flight board on Dispatch: departures and arrivals for each of your stations, like a real FIDS.
- Your VA tab always shows the Virtual Airlines panel, and it no longer blanks or keeps reloading.
- Hangar: CTC Aircraft Maintenance Tablet 2.0.3 (PMDG Hangar runs next to CTC Maintenance on its own port; one recorder per aircraft when both are open) with the SimBrief tablet app: compare your OFP with the aircraft's maintenance state and MEL before you fly.
v1.3.0
- Two ways to play, one profile each: Career (start as a Second Officer at an airline the game runs, fly the line, and reach Chief Pilot to found your own airline, with your record, logbook and savings carried over) or Established VA (your real virtual airline's data only: no cash, fares or company events, line maintenance stays). Switch profiles without a restart; your existing airline becomes your first profile.
- VA Bridge: bring an established virtual airline over from phpVMS 7, vAMSYS or FlightLinq without losing its website. Import pilots, fleet, timetable, hubs and PIREP history; pilots fly their bids in the Suite and every leg is filed back (phpVMS prefile, live ACARS and file; vAMSYS PIREP or claim for staff review). FlightLinq connects read-only with the owner's key: routes, fleet, roster, stats and leaderboards. New "Your VA" panel on the CEO page and a "Bring it over" choice on the first-run screen.
- Your VA tab: book a flight from the timetable, a live map of the VA's flights (also on the dashboard globe), news and NOTAMs, your rank, hours, points, badges and tours, and staff tools for vAMSYS. Every change to the VA asks first.
- VA legs on VATSIM and ACARS: the leg flies under the VA's callsign, an online check records the network, callsign and minutes online on the PIREP, and phpVMS gets the flight phases with ACARS log lines.
- Hangar: CTC Aircraft Maintenance Tablet 2.0.0. Every aircraft set carries its aircraft in full (variants, engines, systems by ATA chapter, limits, servicing, inspections, life-limited parts), a new Aircraft page, every page shows that aircraft's own engines, wheels and systems, and the picture is the livery you're flying. Aircraft without a set get a logbook under the sim's own name, registration and livery.
- Suite owners now get the Hangar's aircraft set and app updates every day (online, or offline from a file), installed on the ground only with one-click rollback.
- Fixed: in Career, a company decision that arrives while you fly is answered straight away.
v1.2.1
- Fixed: the Suite could stop with "A JavaScript error occurred in the main process" (RangeError: Illegal offset ... RecvAirportList) when the simulator sent its airport list. The shared SimConnect link now reads airport lists whatever entry layout the sim uses.
- Fixed: the Suite no longer stops with an "EPIPE: broken pipe" error when the window it was started from closes.
v1.2.0
- Every flight counts: each PIREP now has a flight settlement (fuel, crew, landing and en-route charges, handling, maintenance, carbon) and a passenger survey (0-10) that moves your reputation, built from how the flight felt: the landing, turbulence, bank, taxi time, delay and tarmac time.
- Carbon cost: EU/UK ETS allowances on flights inside Europe, CORSIA offsets on other international flights.
- US DOT tarmac rule: a live tarmac clock on Fly (door closed on the ground against the 3 h / 4 h limit), care costs after 2 h and the fine past the limit.
- Honest books: aircraft bought are capex, owned aircraft depreciate, sales book a gain or loss, every fleet pays hull and liability insurance; Finance shows EBITDA, EBITDAR and EBIT, routes show CASM, RASM and break-even load factor.
- Operations: fuel price by station with tankering advice on the dispatch release, ground handlers per station, de-icing with holdover times (new panel on Fly), insurance renewal with a deductible choice, and a recovery desk to cancel or hold a flight with the costs shown. IATA technical delay codes 42-45 and 47.
- Hangar (CTC Aircraft Maintenance 1.3.2): hard-landing load report with Phase 1 / Phase 2 inspections, carbon brakes that wear per brake application, fuse plugs, FOD from low-speed reverse, engine trend alerts, ETOPS pre-departure service check, walkaround with real findings, the FlightFX Hawker 800XP set, and loading a flight no longer counts as flying.
- Cameras: the bundled Vantage is now 1.0.9 (hold-to-move).
- New Shared cockpit on Fly: the Suite now bundles CTC CrossCheck 0.4.1 and starts it from the page, including PMDG mode for one shared PMDG cockpit. Two pilots fly one aircraft from two PCs, one in the Captain seat and one as First Officer: host a session and send the code, or join with it, and take the controls from the page. CrossCheck is free, so the other pilot only needs CrossCheck (or the Suite) on their PC.
- Crew ops on Virtual Airlines flights: the Captain offers the flight and picks who flies the leg, the First Officer accepts it; both see the same dispatch package and briefing, and the First Officer signs the briefing off.
- Shared checklists with pilot flying and pilot monitoring: the Captain's PC holds the checklist, a tick from either seat shows on both.
- The First Officer's logbook gets the flight: the Captain's airline credits the hours and sectors.
- CrossCheck keeps a pilot's seat when their connection drops and they rejoin within 90 seconds. If your own older CrossCheck is already running, the Shared cockpit now says so: close it and start it again from the Suite.
v1.1.1
- Hangar (CTC Aircraft Maintenance 1.1.1): on MSFS 2024 from Steam the PMDG 737 / 777 options file is now found in the Steam WASM folder, so Setup can switch the PMDG SDK broadcast on there (every MSFS 2024 WASM folder is searched).
- Hangar Setup: the SDK broadcast step shows as done as soon as CDU data arrives, and a file Windows won't let the app write now says so instead of failing silently.
- Hangar: new "Choose .amm file..." button in Aircraft packs to install a set you downloaded; a path pasted with quotes (Explorer's "Copy as path") works too.
- Cameras: the bundled Vantage is now 1.0.8. The aircraft's own cameras (LIST AIRCRAFT CAMERAS in the Vantage window) now switch the sim's camera and can be saved as views, and level horizon now covers the chase, orbit, fly-by, tower and runway cams too.
v1.1.0
- New name: ClearedToCode Airline Hub Suite. Your Airline Hub serial, install folder and data carry over unchanged.
- New Cameras page: the Suite bundles Vantage (1.0.7) and starts it from the page: live cams, cinematic and auto-spot, this aircraft's saved views and Save view, level horizon, zoom, tower and runway spots. Unlocked by the Suite licence or its demo.
- Safety and Fly are now fully native tablet pages (no embedded Virtual Airlines panels left). Safety shows the record's lights, the consequence chain with Run a drill, the Safety & Compliance record, occurrence reports with filters and each report's plan, and the journal.
- PMDG 737 & 777 are now a separate .amm set ($14.95, https://clearedtocode.com/addon/6ad146654b97961c2c6158f6). Airline Hub and CTC Aircraft Maintenance serials issued before 16 October 2026, 05:00 UTC keep it free: the Suite installs it by itself.
- Fixes: Virtual Airlines, the Hangar and Emergencies reach each other on the Suite's own ports; the technician tablet finds the Hangar through Virtual Airlines (also from a separate device); Emergencies reads Virtual Airlines' real-fire answer correctly.
- Hangar: home base by ICAO, notification history and clearer support errors.
- Virtual Airlines: Black Square tablet failures can be set when the optional MobiFlight WASM module is installed; without it they stay in the tech log.
- Owner's manual: new Cameras chapter, Safety and Fly chapters rewritten (94 pages).
v1.0.0
- First release: Virtual Airlines, CTC Aircraft Maintenance and Airport Emergencies in one tablet app.
