v2.2.1 (CTC Aircraft Maintenance / PMDG Hangar Tablet 2.0 and later)
- 777-200ER PW4090: the engine limits now come from the FAA type certificate data sheet (TCDS E46NE): EGT 675 °C takeoff (5 min), 650 °C maximum continuous, 535 °C on a ground start (675 °C in flight); a ground start past 535 °C is written up as a hot start.
- New PW4090 limit rows: N1 3,045 rpm / N2 10,850 rpm maximum, oil outlet 163 °C continuous (177 °C for 20 min), oil pressure 70 psig minimum.
- Thanks to Icemann, whose question led to the PW4090 and Trent 895 777-200ERs.
v2.2.0 (CTC Aircraft Maintenance / PMDG Hangar Tablet 2.0 and later; Tablet 2.0.5 moves an existing 777-200ER record over)
- The 777-200ER with the PW4090 or the Rolls-Royce Trent 895 is its own aircraft, as PMDG ships it. The set picks the engine from the livery title: an engine word (PW4090, Pratt, Trent, Rolls-Royce, RR) or an operator whose 777-200ERs all fly that engine (PW4090: Korean Air, Asiana, El Al, EgyptAir, ANA, Vietnam Airlines, United; Trent: American, Delta, Singapore, Thai, Malaysia, Emirates, Air New Zealand). Any other 777-200ER stays the GE90-94B.
- Trent 895 limits from EASA TCDS E.047 (TGT start 700, takeoff 900, maximum continuous 850 °C); PW4090 EGT red line 675 °C. Engine data sheets, limits, drawings and manuals for both.
- The engine core is now listed as Core engine (HP system) on every 777.
- Thanks to Icemann for the request.
v2.1.2 (CTC Aircraft Maintenance / PMDG Hangar Tablet 2.0 and later)
- The 777-200LR, 777-300ER and 777F use their own flap placard (flaps 5 is 245 kt, not the 777-200ER's 235).
- A FLEX, derated or assumed-temperature takeoff is no longer written up as takeoff thrust over 5 minutes (needs Tablet 2.0.4). Thanks to MCAchief.
- Before looking for PMDG SETUP the set checks the CDU really shows MENU: it presses MENU again if a press did not take, tries the other 737 key layout's MENU key when FIX INFO or N1 LIMIT opens, and stops and says what the CDU shows instead of paging through your pages.
v2.1.1 (CTC Aircraft Maintenance / PMDG Hangar Tablet 2.0 and later)
- PMDG 737 with the FANS 2/B FMC (PMDG options: CDU TYPE FANS2/B): FANS 2/B moves MENU, FIX, N1 LIMIT and other CDU keys, so failures, fuel and takeoff entries pressed FIX instead of MENU and stopped on the FIX INFO page. The set now finds the FMC's key layout by itself and presses the right keys. FANS 1/A works as before.
v2.1.0 (CTC Aircraft Maintenance / PMDG Hangar Tablet 2.0 and later)
- The MEL follows the FAA MMEL (B-737 Rev 63a / B-777 Rev 23a): each item's MMEL number, repair category, installed / required, (M)(O) procedures and category A repair days; items the MMEL gives no relief are NO GO.
- Weights, ramp weights, cargo volumes, tyres and capacities from the EASA / FAA type certificate data sheets.
- Engine life-limited parts with cycle limits (CFM56-7B 18 LLPs; GE90-94B / -115B 22-23 LLPs), tracked per engine.
- Check intervals as the MPD has them (777 C check 15,000 FH / 2,500 FC / 1,125 days).
- More components with their own MEL items (737: 23, 777: 13).
v1.0.0
- The PMDG 737 and PMDG 777 as one .amm set for CTC Aircraft Maintenance 1.1 and ClearedToCode Airline Hub Suite 1.1 (before 1.1 they were built into both apps).
- Free for every CTC Aircraft Maintenance and Airline Hub serial issued before PMDG became a set (16 October 2026, 05:00 UTC): the app installs it by itself.
