2.0.6 (October 26, 2026) · free update for every 2.0 tablet
- A flight you quit mid-climb or mid-cruise and load again at the departure is no longer carried on as one long flight: the stopped flight is logged as interrupted (with the time up to the stop) and a new flight starts. Reconnecting in the air, or after landing, still picks the flight up where it stopped. Thanks to netshadoe for the report.
- Flights page: "Discard it" drops a stopped flight from the log.
- Fleet page: "Remove" takes a stray or duplicate airframe off your fleet (never the one loaded in the sim). Thanks to djd565 for the request.
- In the Airline Hub Suite, the Virtual Airlines logo still shows when the Suite had to run Virtual Airlines on another port.
2.0.5 (October 25, 2026) · free update for every 2.0 tablet
- The MEL list and the MEL search show only the aircraft you have loaded: its own set's items and the inspections for its engine type. Items from your other sets no longer appear, and a write-up can no longer be filed under another aircraft's MEL item.
- CTC CDL comes with every tablet: the free in-tablet app for the Configuration Deviation List. The CDL items themselves come with the aircraft's set (the Fenix A320 set 3.1.0 today).
- Each airframe now has its own engine oil burn, EGT margin and hydraulic seal weep, and they change as the aircraft is used. A new airframe on the same registration no longer starts exactly like the last one.
- PMDG 777-200ER: with the PMDG 737 & 777 set 2.2.0, an existing 777-200ER record moves over to the PW4090 or Trent 895 aircraft instead of starting a new one. Thanks to Icemann for the request.
- Clearer wording for the MEL items the tablet writes itself.
2.0.4 (October 24, 2026) · free update for every 2.0 tablet
- A derated or assumed-temperature takeoff is no longer written up as takeoff thrust held over 5 minutes: the time now counts only while an engine is really at its takeoff rating. Thanks to MCAchief for the report.
- "Worn engines push less" no longer takes all thrust from a worn engine. Thanks to netshadoe for the report.
- No speed or g exceedances while the sim rate is changed, in slew, or after a position jump (no more overspeed write-ups under time compression).
- One load leaves one airframe: the registration no longer changes several times while the sim reports stand-in registrations first.
- PMDG 737 and 777: the CDU checks it really is on MENU before it looks for PMDG SETUP, and stops and says what it sees instead of paging through your CDU.
- Fenix A319 / A320 / A321 with IAE engines: no more false EGT write-ups (with the Fenix set 3.0.1). Thanks to ChaoticSilentReaper for the report.
2.0.3 (October 20, 2026) · free update for every 2.0 tablet
- With PMDG Hangar and CTC Aircraft Maintenance open at the same time, only one of them records an aircraft: the first one to open it. The other shows the same record and records nothing until the first one closes, so a flight is never logged twice. Thanks to netshadoe for the report.
- A setting changed in one of the two apps is no longer undone when the other one saves its settings.
2.0.2 (October 20, 2026) · free update for every 2.0 tablet
- PMDG Hangar and CTC Aircraft Maintenance can run at the same time on one PC. PMDG Hangar now has its own port (7385), so opening one no longer closes or replaces the other. Thanks to netshadoe for the report.
- The toolbar panel, the EFB app and the PMDG cockpit-tablet page find PMDG Hangar on its new port, and still find older versions.
- Settings > 737 FMC keys: Automatic, FANS 1/A or FANS 2/B, for the PMDG 737 with the FANS 2/B FMC. Automatic finds it by itself (also in the PMDG 737 & 777 set 2.1.1).
2.0.1 (October 20, 2026) · free update for every 2.0 tablet
- CTC Aircraft Maintenance and PMDG Hangar can both be registered on the same PC. Registering one no longer removes the other, and your current registration carries over without entering your serial again. Thanks to netshadoe for the report.
- Setup wizard: radio buttons and the checkbox keep their size in pop-ups.
- The failure scan waits for an aircraft that is still starting its systems (iniBuilds A380 and A350) instead of stopping.
- Life-limited parts that a set adds start at the engine's current cycles.
v1.3.1
- Aircraft EFB pages redrawn to match the FlightFX Hawker 800XP's own EFB. Every page now has the same layout
and components as the aircraft's tablet:
- Electrical: the full DC network (starter-generators, line and start contactors, shunts, 500 A fuses, bus tie,
battery and emergency contactors, start power, PE bus) and AC / backup with the standby inverter, windscreen
alternators and the emergency batteries.
- Fuel System: the wing and ventral tanks from above, jet pumps, boost pumps, valves 1 to 6, both low-pressure
switches, the APU feed, and a LBS / KG / GAL switch.
- Pneumatic: engine bleed with the HP, mixing and main air valves, the pack and ram air duct, the cabin and
flight-deck distribution, a valve-position card and the pressurisation readout.
- Hydraulic: the bleed-pressurised reservoir, both engine pumps, relief valves, filters and junctions, every user
with its own pressure, the accumulators, the hand pump and aux tank, and the five annunciators.
- Engines: a TFE731 cutaway with the inlet, fan, compressors, reverse-flow combustor, turbines and bypass, the
callouts round it, the DEEC card and the engine's Hobbs and health.
- Service & Maint: the EFB's header, Active failures and All components tabs.
v1.3.0
- New aircraft set: FlightFX Hawker 800XP. TFE731-5BR engines with DEEC and APR, thrust reversers, TKS ice
protection, stick pusher, rudder bias, lift dump, the Hawker MEL and its own inspection programme (phase
inspections, 12-month, TFE731 MPI and CZI). Sold separately as an .amm set; All Aircraft passes get it automatically.
- Aircraft EFB page. For aircraft that report their own systems (the Hawker first): live Electrical (DC buses,
bus tie, batteries, AC and backup), Fuel, Pneumatic, Hydraulic and Engines pages with an animated engine cutaway,
plus Service & Maint: fluids, fire bottles, tyre pressures, engine health and Hobbs, and the airframe's dirt.
Click any pump, valve, generator or engine section to open its part.
- The aircraft's own wear counts. When an aircraft tracks its own component wear (the Hawker's 144 components),
CTC's parts never read better than the aircraft says, and a component the aircraft fails is written up in the tech
log. The part card shows the aircraft's own figure next to CTC's.
- Heavier maintenance: hard-landing load reports, carbon brake wear, wheel fuse plugs, FOD, engine trend alerts
(EGT margin, vibration, oil use), ETOPS pre-departure service checks, dual maintenance limits and a walkaround with
real findings.
- MEL and operations: the MEL grows to 244 items with (M) procedures, failure chains (one fault leading to the
next), and fleet and dispatch: a dispatch board, tail swaps, a hangar slot plan, a budget and a shared spares pool.
v1.2.0
- Paid apps update themselves: the app sends its activated serial with the download request, so an update arrives without signing in on the site.
# CTC Aircraft Maintenance 1.2.0
- All Aircraft passes. With an All Aircraft · 1 year or Lifetime serial, your aircraft sets arrive by themselves:
the app checks clearedtocode.com once a week (and right after you activate) and installs every set your pass covers,
plus newer versions of the ones you have. Settings > Aircraft packs shows your pass, when it was last checked and the
sets it brought, with a "Check for new aircraft now" button. Every set is checked against the store's signature
before it is installed, and nothing you received is ever taken away.
- Every aircraft gets a record. An aircraft without an .amm set now gets its own record per registration: hours,
cycles, wear, a tech log and the sim's own failures. Install the aircraft's set for the full systems.
- Component logbooks. Every part has a serial number and its own logbook: installed, removed, repaired, early
warnings and failures, with hours and cycles, time and cycles since installation, and life used.
- Engine life-limited parts. Each engine has a serial and cycles since new; disks, spools and shafts have cycle
limits, with a warning 300 cycles out and NO-GO at the limit. An engine change fits a spare with its own cycles.
- Session recovery. If the sim stops in the air, the flight is kept. Load the same registration within 12 hours,
set it up where it was and start the engines, and the same flight carries on.
- With the PMDG set: the aircraft's own failures (a tail strike, a burst tyre, its service-based failures) are read
from its FAILED ITEMS page and written up in the tech log; worn engines push a little less; the fuel of your last
shutdown goes back in at a cold-and-dark load; takeoff figures from the PMDG tablet can be sent to the FMC.
- A condition report for every flight, an optional airline that flies your aircraft while you are away, and a
searchable guide and glossary under Documents > Guide.
- Crew ops in the ClearedToCode Airline Hub Suite: two pilots fly one aircraft from two PCs through CTC CrossCheck. The
Captain's PC keeps the records; the First Officer's tablet follows and its crew reports go to the Captain's tech log.
Standalone CTC Aircraft Maintenance is unchanged here.
