Requirements

- CTC Aircraft Maintenance 2.0.0 or later. - The BlueBird Simulations 757-200 for MSFS 2020 or MSFS 2024. - Windows 10 / 11.

About this add-on

One .amm file for the BlueBird Simulations 757-200, Rolls-Royce or Pratt & Whitney. Load the 757 and CTC Aircraft Maintenance recognises it from the sim's aircraft title, picks the set and opens an airframe with everything the app does: tech log and MEL, part wear, scheduled checks, stores, documents and the maintenance desk.
- An MEL built from the FAA Master Minimum Equipment List B757, Revision 32: 148 items, one for every fitted part, each with its MMEL item number, repair category, number installed and required, the dispatch conditions and the (M) / (O) procedures. Parts the MMEL gives no relief for are NO GO.
- Both engines, each with its own limits: RB211-535E4-B (TGT takeoff 877 C, maximum continuous 795 C, from EASA TCDS E.061) and PW2040 (EGT takeoff 655 C, maximum continuous 625 C, from FAA TCDS E17NE). Exceedances are written up against the engine you fly.
- The real 757 from its type certificate: dimensions, certified masses (MTOW 115,893 kg), APU and the 42,000 ft ceiling from EASA TCDS IM.A.205.
- The 757's own systems: left, centre and right hydraulics (engine and electric pumps, C1 / C2, the RAT and the PTU), three tanks with six boost pumps and dual crossfeed, eight braked wheels on two four-wheel trucks, triple FCCs and IRUs, 20 systems by ATA chapter and 25 panels, about 350 parts per airframe under their Boeing names.
- Read live from the BlueBird 757: 214 of BlueBird's cockpit switches and lights - generators, bus ties, APU, packs, bleeds, hydraulic pumps, fuel pumps, crossfeed, engine start, fire, gear, all eight brake temperatures, IRS and lights - plus which engine is loaded.
How it talks to the 757
SimConnect only, like every ClearedToCode product, and read only: the set never writes to the aircraft or sets failures in it. Defects go to the tech log with their MEL item.
Good to know
- The tablet picks the RB211 or PW2000 from the livery title (a title with PW / Pratt takes the PW2000); a scan shows the engine actually loaded.
- Speeds, flap placards, fuel figures, part lives, check intervals and prices are estimates, marked "estimated" in the app.
Install
1. Buy and download `CTC-BlueBird-757-200-Set-bbs-2.0.0.amm` from clearedtocode.com.
2. In CTC Aircraft Maintenance open Tools › Aircraft packs, press Install .amm and pick the file. The app checks the set's signature and lists the 757.
3. Load the BlueBird 757-200. The app matches it and opens the airframe, or lets you start it as a used aircraft.
