Black Square Analog Baron set - for CTC Aircraft Maintenance

One .amm file with two sets for the Black Square Analog Baron: the Baron 58 and the pressurized, turbocharged Baron 58P. Load either and CTC Aircraft Maintenance recognises it from the sim's title, picks the right set and opens an airframe with everything the app does: tech log and MEL, part wear, scheduled inspections, stores, documents and the maintenance desk.

- An MEL built from the FAA Master Minimum Equipment List Beechcraft 55 / 56 / 58 / 58P / 95, Revision 6: 65 items on the 58 and 70 on the 58P, covering every fitted part, each with its MMEL item number, repair category, number installed and required, the dispatch conditions and the (M) / (O) procedures. Parts the MMEL gives no relief for are NO GO.

- Two Barons, each with only what it has: the 58 with two Continental IO-550-C (300 hp, 29.6 inHg) and the 58P with two turbocharged TSIO-520-WB (325 hp, 39.5 inHg, TIT 900 C) plus its pressurization controller, outflow valve, door seal, turbochargers and wastegates. Both under FAA type certificate 3A16.

- Engine limits from the aircraft manual: 2,700 rpm, CHT 238 C, EGT 900 C, oil 116 C and 30-100 psi, cylinders cooled no faster than 60 F a minute, each engine tracked on its own. Every exceedance is written up and wears that engine.

- The whole aircraft as parts: about 135 per airframe on the 58 and 145 on the 58P under Baron names - twelve cylinders, twenty-four plugs, four magnetos, McCauley full-feathering propellers, aux and tip-tank fuel pumps, both alternators, the combustion cabin heater, electric retractable gear, lights and the radio stack - each one wearing with how you fly.

- The real inspection programme: 50-hour oil and filter, 100-hour and annual inspections.

- Failures through the aircraft's own circuits: per-engine damage and plug fouling, and a NO GO item or a worn-out part fails the same circuit the Black Square tablet fails. SimConnect only.
