**Subject: Apple Pay payment successful, but add-on not showing as purchased** Hi! I purchased a Stream Deck add-on from your website today (October 19, 2026) for $9.95 using Apple Pay. I was logged in with my Google account during the purchase. The payment was approved, but the add-on still appears as not purchased, and I have not received any order confirmation email. Could you please check the payment and activate the add-on on my account? I can provide a screenshot of the Apple Pay transaction. Thank you!

Hi, thanks for the details and sorry for the wait. Your Apple Pay payment came through, and the 737 Deck is now unlocked on your account. Sign in with the same Google account and open My Downloads (clearedtocode.com/my-downloads). No screenshot needed. If it isn't listed there, reply here and we'll fix it right away. -ClearedToCode
