Support· 414 Deck Full for the Flysimware Cessna 414AW — Stream Deck, +, XL & + XL
C414 Stream Deck Deck Connected but "Waiting for SimConnect"
Hi Cleared to Code Support Team,
I am having trouble getting the 414 Deck (v1.0.0) to work with my Flysimware Cessna 414AW in Microsoft Flight Simulator.
My Setup:
• OS: Windows 11
MSFS2024
• Add-on: Flysimware Cessna 414AW Chancellor (fully installed and loaded into a live flight)
• Stream Deck App: Running and up to date
The Problem:
1. In the Stream Deck configuration software, the profile pages and layouts are completely visible.
2. Under the dial/button actions, it successfully shows "C414 Connected" with a green link icon, confirming that the Stream Deck app communicates with your plugin.
3. However, when I am active in the cockpit during a flight, the deck does not receive any data from the simulator. All live gauges (like MAN PRESS, etc.) only show dashes (-- | --), and none of the buttons or switches trigger any actions in the aircraft.
What I have already tried to fix it:
• Restarted both MSFS and the Stream Deck app multiple times.
• Ran both MSFS and the Stream Deck app explicitly as Administrator to avoid Windows permission blocks.
• Verified that the MSFS Developer Mode is turned OFF.
• Checked that the correct Flysimware aircraft is loaded into the session.
It seems like the plugin itself is running fine, but the SimConnect connection between the plugin and MSFS is not establishing at all.
Could you please assist me on how to get the SimConnect bridge working or tell me if there is a specific log file I should check?
Thank you in advance for your help!
Best regards,
Eddi
