**Subject: Apple Pay payment successful, but add-on not showing as purchased**
Hi!
I purchased a Stream Deck add-on from your website today (October 19, 2026) for $9.95 using Apple Pay.
I was logged in with my Google account during the purchase.
The payment was approved, but the add-on still appears as not purchased, and I have not received any order confirmation email.
Could you please check the payment and activate the add-on on my account?
I can provide a screenshot of the Apple Pay transaction.
Thank you!
